Home maintenance calendar builder
Turn the maintenance intervals you already know into a clear plan. Enter your own tasks and dates from appliance manuals or service records, then print or download the upcoming dates.
No account needed. Your entries stay in this page’s memory and disappear when you reset, reload or leave. Downloads remain on your device. Nothing you type is sent or saved by this tool.
Your tasks and intervals
Show 12 calendar months, including the start date and excluding the end date. Up to 12 tasks. Dates from 1900 to 2099 are accepted.
Start with a task and an interval you already know, or explore the optional example. No maintenance intervals are prescribed here.
Upcoming maintenance dates
Your plan is empty. Add a task to see its next due dates.
Monthly repeats keep the original day number, using the last day of a shorter month when needed. Day intervals count calendar dates, regardless of daylight saving time. Only occurrences after the last-completed date and inside this window are shown; missed work is not rescheduled.
The ICS file contains only dates in this 12-month window, with no endless repeat rule or alarms. Importing is your choice; repeated imports can create duplicates. Print includes every listed date and your notes.
No due dates in this window. Try a later plan start or review your interval.
Build a checklist from your own records
Name a task, enter when it was last completed, and choose an explicit day or month interval. Add editable notes such as a manual reference or the supplies you use. The preview shows the next three dates for each task; expand a task to see every date in the plan. Changing the plan start moves the window without changing the original recurrence anchor.
What happens to a January 31 task?
For a task last completed on January 31, 2024 with a one-month interval, the first dates are February 29, March 31 and April 30. In 2025, February uses February 28. The shorter month does not move later occurrences to the 28th or 29th. A 12-month interval from February 29 returns to February 29 in leap years.
A seven-day interval from March 7, 2026 gives March 14, March 21 and March 28. These are all-day dates, not timed appointments: timezone changes do not shift them. An interval of 30 days can land on different day numbers; use months when you mean the same day of a calendar month.
A planning worksheet, using your guidance
The optional example demonstrates date arithmetic, not a recommended service schedule. Follow your manufacturer or qualified professional for maintenance requirements. This tool does not assess safety, arrange inspections, send reminders or write to an external calendar. An export is limited to 12 tasks and at most 366 dates per task; long intervals may have no occurrence in the selected window.
Keep the rest of the household organized
