Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HouseifyNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

HouseifyNow is a household management platform that provides cleaning schedules, chore coordination, shopping lists, supply tracking, laundry management, calendar, gamification, and billing features for household members.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each person should have their own account within a household.

Household Data Sharing

When you join a household, your activity data (chores completed, cleaning tasks, shopping contributions) is visible to other household members. Household owners and admins can manage member access.

Subscriptions & Billing

Available plans, features, prices and billing periods are shown in Pricing and Billing and confirmed by the purchase provider. Web subscriptions use Stripe; eligible digital subscriptions in the iOS and Android apps use Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat for entitlement synchronization. Purchased subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the original purchase channel before renewal. Manage web subscriptions from Billing and store subscriptions through the applicable store account. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions. Billing offers Restore Subscription for supported mobile purchases. Review the store confirmation, Privacy Policy, account-deletion guidance and Support links before purchase.

Termination

You may initiate permanent account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes your account and households you own, including their content. Shared content in households owned by other people may remain without your account references. App Store and Google Play subscriptions require separate cancellation. See the Privacy Policy and account-deletion page for the consequences and retained records.

Limitation of Liability

HouseifyNow is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
