Household cleaning schedule builder
Make a week of cleaning everyone can see. Edit the starter tasks, add your household members, and print or download your schedule. No account needed.
Your names and tasks stay in this browser tab. Nothing is saved or synced; download or print before you leave or reload.
Make it fit your household
One name per line, up to 8 unique names (40 characters each). Include only people who can do all the listed tasks.
The schedule runs Monday to Sunday. Changing weeks rotates the assignments.
Your cleaning tasks
Use your own time estimates. Daily tasks appear seven times; weekly tasks appear on their chosen day. Up to 24 tasks.
Your weekly cleaning schedule
Estimated minutes guide the split, assuming equal availability and ability. Rotation shares the weekly pattern over time; it cannot measure effort, preferences or the work of planning. Agree adjustments together.
No tasks planned.
How to use this weekly cleaning plan
Start with the work you actually do: a kitchen reset and a short tidy each day, then bathroom, floors, bedding and bins during the week. These are editable examples, not a required cleaning frequency. Delete what does not fit, change the minutes, and choose days that work for you.
The builder places longer jobs first and assigns each occurrence to the person with the lowest estimated weekly total so far. Ties use a repeatable order. The whole assignment pattern moves by one member each calendar week. With unchanged tasks and member order, each person takes every pattern across a full rotation. This balances estimated time, not every kind of household effort. Print the week or choose comma or semicolon CSV for your spreadsheet.
