Account deletion
You can permanently delete your HouseifyNow account from the web or mobile app:
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
Deletion removes the account identity, memberships, personal records and households you own with their content. Shared tasks, lists and calendar content in households owned by someone else remain; assignment and creator references to your account are cleared where applicable. Deleting your account does not remove information copied by other members or independent payment-processor and app-store records. Records required by legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations may be retained for the required period. Contact support about personal information that remains in shared content.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through the applicable store account first.
Cannot access your account?
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before processing it.
